Act 17 of 1999.] the creation and institution of Professorships, Readerships, Lectureships and such posts as may be necessary for the establishment of the University Departments, institutions, centres, libraries, laboratories, [workshops] [Word inserted by W.B. Act 12 of 1995.] and museums referred to in clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 18;
