JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 29/10/2021
1. Mr. Pramod Kumar, Registrar appearing in person while informing that the petitioner- institution has been duly registered with NCTE and NOC was granted by the State of Rajasthan on 02.04.2018 submits that the petitioner- institution has been running the course for the last 40 years, however for the academic session 2021-22, name of petitioner- institution has not been reflected in the list of eligible institutions for admitting the students.
2. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable within six weeks.

3. Meanwhile, respondent No.3 is directed to include name of petitioner- institute in the list of institutions eligible for intake of the students and allow it to admit the students.
4. Needless to observe that admission to the students granted in pursuance of the order instant, shall remain subject to final outcome of the present writ petition.
5. It will be required of the petitioner- institution to clearly indicate the factum of pendency of the present petition on its website and also while giving admission to the students.
