Section 198(b) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(b)whilst suffering from any contagious, infectious or loathsome disease, bathe in or near any lake, tank, reservoir, fountain, cistern, duct, stand-pipe, stream, well or trough, or any part of a river within the limits of the Corporation or within five miles upstream from the Corporation boundary.
