Section 11(iv) in The Rules for Occupation of Inspection Bungalows of Departments in-Charge of Public Works Department
(iv)Any person who occupies a suite in a Bungalow when reserved for any other person shall, subject to Rules 3 to 5, vacate immediately if accommodation required by the officer or person who has a reservation order.
