Section 4(c) in Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Rules 1957
(c)An application for obtaining fitness certificate shall be made in prescribed form and for renewal in prescribed form to the Motor Vehicle Inspector in whose functional area the boat is kept, a month before the expiry of the period of validity.
