Section 31 in The United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939
31. Non-occupancy tenants
. - All tenants other than permanent tenure-holders, fixed-rate tenants, tenants holding on special terms in Oudh, ex-proprietary tenants, occupancy tenants and hereditary tenants are non-occupancy tenants.
