Section 1 in Indoor Use of low power wireless equipment in the frequency band 5 GHz (Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Rules, 2005
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Indoor Use of low power wireless equipment in the frequency band 5 GHz (Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Rules, 2005.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
