Section 80(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Rules, 2013
(1)Copies of all material documents including written statement of the practitioner's defence, if any, which is placed before the Council as evidence with respect to the case shall be supplied to all members of the Council before the hearing of the case commences.
