Section 12 in The Meghalaya Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006
12. Application of other laws not barred.
- Except as provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
