Section 34(1) in The Dibrugarh University Act, 1965

(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Ordinances, each of the Authorities of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, for the purpose of carrying out the duties and for exercising the powers assigned to the Authority concerned under this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.
