PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records
pertaining to the impugned communication in File
No.145/PW/CE/EE(P)/AE(P)2/F.201-1/2021-2022 dated 20.04.2021 on
the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and
violative of principle of natural justice and consequently, direct the
respondent to explain the disappearance of the petitioner's bid to the
Tender vide No.33/PHD/2018-19/04 that was duly submitted as per the
provisions of law and to take action against the fourth respondent for
abuse of power.
