Section 16(1) in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
(1)in sub-section (1), -(a)for the words "with the previous sanction of the State Government", the words "with the previous approval of the High Court" shall be substituted;(b)in clause (e), for the words "could be dealt with by a District Magistrate", the words "requires to be dealt with by him" shall be substituted;
