Section 10(1) in Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat, Public or Government Ferries Rules, 2000
(1)No business shall be transacted at a meeting of any joint Committee unless there be present at least half the number of members on the committee. Any fraction arrived at in calculating the number shall be ignored.
