Section 2(g) in The Pneumatic Tyres And Tubes For Automotive Vehicles (Quality Control) Order, 2009
(g)"dealer" in relation to Pneumatic Tyres means a person who, or a firm or any other legal entity which carries on, direct or otherwise, the business of buying, selling, supplying or distributing Pneumatic Tyres whether in cash or for deferred payment or for commission, remuneration or other valuable consideration;
