(4)A direct marketing licence granted or renewed under this section shall be subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed; and the licensee shall be bound to follow the terms and conditions of the licence as may be prescribed. The licensee shall also follow the provisions of this Act and Rules made thereunder
