Section 30(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)The counting of votes shall commence immediately after the polling is completed. Votes shall be counted by or under the supervision of the Election Officer. Votes polled shall be counted separately for the President and members of management committee. Each candidate and his authorized agent shall have a right to be present at the time of counting.
