CM NO. 1345 OF 2019 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

In view thereof, the application is allowed and main case is taken up today.

MAIN CASE

1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if their writ petition be treated as representation and directions are given to the respondents to decide the same by passing a speaking order. He further submits that similarly situated employees have been given the benefit as claimed herein and the petitioners are sanguine that their case will also be treated on parity with other employees.
