34. Powers and functions of the Secretary
.-(1) The Secretary shall have the custody of the records of the Commission and shall exercise such other powers as may be assigned to him by the Chairperson.(2)The official seal of the Commission shall be kept in the custody of the Secretary.(3)Subject to any general or special direction by the Chairperson, the seal of the Commission shall not be affixed on any order, notice or other process, save under the authority in writing of the Secretary.
