Section 94(3) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(3)Save as otherwise provided in this Act the term of office of a Chairman or Vice chairman of a Zila Panchayat shall commence upon his election and shall extend up to the term of the Zila Panchayat.
