(a)In every indenting office an account of the receipt and issue of forms shall be maintained in Bengal Form No. 108.The receipt and issue of forms, borrowed or lent, or printed locally, shall be shown in the register in red ink.(b)A percentage of the forms shall be checked annually by a gazetted officer.
