Mr. Neeraj Gupta, Senior Advocate with Mr. Ajeet Jaswal, Advocate, for the defendants.
Though pursuant to order dated 28.02.2022, PW-1, Rakesh Kumar, Reader of Office of Sub Tehsil, Dehra, has come present alongwith original record, but since he is not conversant with the Urdu language in which gift deed has been written, Mr. G.D. Verma, learned Senior Counsel representing the plaintiff, states that his statement may be deferred for the time being, so that fresh steps are taken for summoning and proving the aforesaid record.
Statements of PW-2, Sh. Hem Chand, Superintendent, Municipal Corporation, Shimla and PW-3, Sh. Sumedh Sharma,Tehsildar (Urban), Shimla, stand recorded. Though, plaintiff herself has come present for getting her statement recorded, but prayer has been made on behalf of her counsel to record her statement later on. Prayer allowed, as not opposed. Plaintiff is also permitted to examine the witness of record from the office of Sub Registrar, Dehra by taking necessary steps.
