7AB. [ Exemption [Inserted by U.P. Act No. 18 of 1987 (w.e.f. 14.10.1986).]
. - Nothing in the Uttar Pradesh High School and Intermediate Colleges (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and Other Employees) Act, 1971 (U.P. Act 24 of 1971), or the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Commission and Selection Board Act, 1982 (U.P. Act 5 of 1982), shall apply in relation to part-time teachers and part-time instructors employed in an institution under Section 7AA.] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 18of 1987 (w.e.f. 14.10.1986).]
