2. Amendment of section 1.- In the Gujarat Vacant Lands in Urban Areas (Prohibition of Alienation) Act, 1972 (Gujarat Act 12 of 1972), in section 1, in sub-section (4), for the words "two years" the words "three years" shall be substituted.
