Section 105(4) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(4)Upon the weighment of a vehicle in accordance with the said section and this rule, the person who has required the weighment or the person in charge of the weighing device shall deliver to the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle a statement in writing of the weight of the vehicle and of axle the weight of which is separately determined.
