JUDGMENT
[Judgment of this Court made by T.RAJA, J.] Mr.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that when the above writ petition was filed by the appellants, challenging the orders dated 14.01.2019, 28.01.2019, 27.02.2019 and 26.02.2019 passed by respondents 2, 7, 8 and 9 and seeking a direction to the respondents to allot houses, which were allotted to the employees of Madras Automic Power Station, Kalpakkam, NPCIL, the learned Single Judge refused to consider the said prayer. Therefore, the appellants were constrained to approach this Court. During the pendency of this appeal, the respondents have come forward to allot the houses to the Members of the first appellant Association.
2.Learned counsels for the respondents submitted that there were two pools of Housing Unit and both were amalgamated into one unit, which have given allottment of the houses to the appellants.
Therefore, the prayer made in the writ appeal has become infructuous.
