Section 2(i) in Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University Act, 2019
(i)"Learner Support Services" means and includes such services as are provided by the University in order to facilitate the acquisition of teaching-learning experiences by the learner to the level prescribed by or on behalf of the University in respect of a programme of study;
