1. Mr. M.K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions from one of the applicants who is present in Court submits that the respondents are taking proactive steps towards considering the claim of the applicants as per prayer 8(ii) of the O.A. He prays that in view of the above the O.A. be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the O.A. if prayer 8(ii) is not considered.
2. Mr. Amit Anand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no such instructions and cannot confirm the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, permission is granted.
