(2)In case the application for renewal is not made before the expiry of the Certificate of Registration, the Registration Authority may renew such certificate on payment of additional fee of rupees five hundred for renewal of registration :Provided that such application is made within forty-five days of expiry of the last Certificate of Registration beyond which no request for the renewal shall be entertained.
