(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Vice-Chancellor. Ex-Officio Chairman;(ii)the Secretary to Government. Finance Department or his representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary;(iii)the Secretary to Government. Agriculture and Co-operative Department, in-charge of Animal Husbandry, or his representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary;(iv)the Registrar;(v)the Finance and Accounts Officer shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee; and(vi)one member lo be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor from amongst the non-official members of the Board of Management.
