Section 83(i) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(i)Every official is expected to exercise the same vigilance in respect of expenditure as person of ordinary prudence would exercise in respect of expenditure of his own money.
