47. Security Register and Verification of Securities.
- All the details of the security obtained shall be kept in the register of securities in Form No. JP-11 Securities shall be examined and verified by the first April, in each year by the Chief Executive officer or an officer nominated by him for this purpose and certificate lo the effect that this has been done shall be given by the Verifying officer against each item in the remarks column of the security register.
