Section 7(7) in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board (Purchase Procedure)
7.1Purchase Committee (above Rs. 2.00 lacs per item) Purchase Committee shall consist of the following four members :(a)Chairman(b)SLUD(c)Director Local Government Department Punjab(d)Managing Director.Presence of any three members of the committee shall be essential for the conduct of its office business in accordance with the rules.
