Section 3(ii) in The East Punjab Refugees Rehabilitation (Buildings and Building Sites) Rules, 1948
(ii)In case of private treaty the sale price shall be the reserve price which shall be determined by the Public Works Department after taking into account the total price of the land acquired, the cost of the amenities to be provided and the areas to be left for public purposes, gardens or roads.
