14. The Pro-Visitor.- (1) The Honourable Minister for Higher Education,
Government of Karnataka shall be the pro-visitor of the University.(2)The pro-visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocationof the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
