Section 22(2)(a) in Assam Panchayat Act, 1994

(a)Each committee shall consists of not less than three or more than four members including the President or the Vice-President, as the case may be. The President of the Gaon Panchayat shall be Ex-Officio member and Chairman of all the three committees.
