(4)Selection and prioritization of various DSM programmes in the DSM plan shall be guided by the following factors:(i)The cost effectiveness guidelines issued by the Commission.(ii)DSM objectives identified in Regulation.(iii)Whether the proposed programmes supplement National level efforts adopted by the Bureau.(iv)Programmes with high visibility and therefore potential for creation of awareness within consumers.
