Section 13(1) in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
(1)As soon as may be after the Authority is established under sub-section (1) of section 3, the State Government shall, by order constitute a Functional Board to be called as the "Jodhpur Traffic Control Board" under the Authority.
