(2)While taking an agreement in the forms prescribed in sub-rule (1), the Collector may, subject to the general, or special orders of the State Government if any, annex such additional conditions or omit or vary such of the conditions in the agreement prescribed in Form XII or Form XIII as would be necessary, regard being had to the nature of the grant and the circumstances of the case.
