Section 45(1) in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
(1)If a person violates [the directions] [Word 'directions' substituted by Punjab Act 22 of 2003.] of the Authority, such person shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees and in case of second or subsequent offence, with fine, which may extend to fifty thousand rupees. In case of continuing contravention; with an additional fine, which may extend to five hundred rupees for each day during which such contravention continues after the first offence.
