G.S.R. 793 (E), dated 26th October, 2009. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :--
