Information sought:
The applicant wants the information related to the commission paid to Sh. Ashok Kumar Rathi from the department during the year 2011-12 from 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has denied the information under Section 8(1)(e) of the RTI Act 2005.

The following were present Appellant: Mr. R. C. Mehra through TC 0130-2220509 (NIC studio number) Respondent: Mr. T. C. Sharma CPIO's representative through VC The appellant stated that he had sought information relating to the commission paid by the post office to Mr. Ashok Kumar Rathi an agent for the period 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012 as a decree for maintenance had been passed against him by the competent court and he was also put under arrest for not complying with the judgment. The CPIO's representative stated that they were not aware of the facts and agreed to provide the information.

As agreed by the CPIO's representative the information as above may be provided to the appellant within three weeks.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
