Section 45 in Assam Science & Technology University Act, 2009
45. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of the University after are commencement of this Act or otherwise in first giving effected the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by (sic) do anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose, removing the difficulties.
