Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Rajasthan law, no person shall engage in the practice of touting, begging and hawking articles for sale in or around any tourist place, areas or destinations.
