Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
(1)The Registrar of co-operative Societies for the State shall be the Registrar for the purposes of this Ordinance, and he may obtain the assistance of the Rajasthan State Sports Council for discharge of his functions under the provisions of this Ordinance.
