Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to issue orders
promoting the petitioners to the vacant post of Assistant managers,
pending disposal of this writ petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
13/01/2025 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI.T.U.SUJITH KUMAR,
Advocate for the petitioners and of the STANDING COUNSEL for the
respondents,the court passed the following:

ORDER
The learned counsel for the 1st respondent will file a better affidavit of the competent officer within ten days, specifying that out of 36 posts of the Assistant Manager, how many posts are meant for each category of the Assistant Manager including Assistant Manager (Aquaculture), Assistant Manager (Commercial Operations), Assistant Manager (Projects), Assistant Manager (Extension and Mass Communication), Assistant Manager (Net Factory), Assistant Manager (District Offices), Assistant Manager (Ice and Freezing Plant), Assistant Manager (Hatcheries), Assistant Manager (Production Net Factory), Assistant Manager (1T), Assistant Manager (Finance, Accounting and Internal Audit), and Assistant Manager (Personnel) as mentioned in the 4th paragraph of the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent. Further, it shall be clarified how many posts of Assistant Manager (personal) are lying vacant.
