(7)The water supply to the washing facilities shall be capable on yielding at least six gallons a day for each person employed in the factory and shall be from a source approved in writing by the Health Officer. Provided that where the Chief Inspector is satisfied that such an yield is not practicable he may by certificate in writing permit supply of a smaller quantity not being less than gallon per day for every person employed in the factory.
