(3)(a)On receipt of an application under Sub-rule (1) the officer in charge of the Sanctuary or National Park shall, after making such inquiry as he may deem fit, register the name and other particulars of the applicant in Form No. 10.(b)A separate page in the register shall be allotted to each licensee.
