Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Regularisation of Unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2017
(1)For regularization of plot in a sub-division, the Open space reservation area requirement as per the Development Regulations or Development Control Regulations, as the case may be, shall be calculated and charged proportionate to the plot area applied for regularization.
