Section 11(2) in The Maharashtra Khadi and Village Industries Rules, 1970
(2)The Member-Secretary shall keep a record of the members of the Board and their addresses. If a member changes his address, he shall notify his new address to the Member-Secretary who shall thereupon enter his new address in the record. But if the member fails to notify his new address, the address on the official record shall for all purposes be deemed to be the member's address.
