46. Protection of action taken under the Act.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer of employee of the Authority or the Chief Executive Officer, the Commissioner or the Collector for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, or of any rule or regulation or order made thereunder.
